Canned Tuna or Fresh Diced Ahi Tuna (8 oz.)
Chopped Vegetables of your choice (1 Cup)
Cooking oil of your choice, we prefer Grapeseed oil
Explorer’s Green Curry Sauce (3 tbsp)
Heat up pan, add tuna and vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes at high heat or until your vegetables are half way done.
Add Explorer's Green Curry Sauce to the mixture. Mix well and keep cooking a few minutes or until vegetables and Tuna are cooked to your liking.
Feel free to substitute any ingredients to your diet/availability and the Green Curry Sauce can be added to taste.
Best served over cooked rice, pasta or salad
