Pan Seared Scallops

Ingredients

1. Sea Scallops

2. Explorer Green Curry Sauce/ Pad Thai Sauce/ Sake Miso Sauce/ Lemongrass Or Ginger Vinaigrette


Instructions


Pan Seared Sea Scallops – remove from the pan and set aside.

Add Any Sauce of your choice to the pan to heat up

Drizzle over the cooked Scallops.

Serve with Rice, Noodles or Salad.
