Lamb Loin with Red Wine & Blackberry Infusion

Ingredients:

1. Lamb Loin

2. Herb Nori Rub or Almond Spice Rub,

3. Vegetables of your choice

4. Red Wine

5. Blackberry Pureed

Instructions:

Infused red wine and blackberry on low heat.

Rub Lamb with Explorer Rub of our choice (Nori Rub or Almond spice Rub)

Sear Lamb until the crust turn brown, flip over and cook the other side until it turns brown as well.


Put the lamb in the oven and bake at 450 degree for 10 min. Bake time less or more depending on your preference.


Glaze with Red Wine Reduction
